Prices

1. Services and Currency

• airport transfers from and to an airport;
• point-to-point trips;
• hourly hire of a chauffeur-driven vehicle;
• event and delegation transportation and other pre-booked trips.

Published tariffs on the website are stated in Russian roubles (RUB). If a route or service has no fixed tariff, ICBP calculates an individual price and shows it to the customer before payment.

2. What the Price Includes

The final amount includes only the services, scope and conditions specified in the order-specific terms. Before payment, the customer sees the route or scope of service, date and time, vehicle class, final price, currency and all known mandatory charges.

Vehicle photographs and descriptions illustrate the stated class and characteristics. A particular model or driver is not guaranteed unless this is expressly stated in the confirmed order terms.

3. Possible Additional Charges

• airport meet-and-greet parking and other parking charges;
• toll roads and other road charges;
• waiting time beyond the included period;
• an additional stop or a change to the route or time;
• special equipment and other special services.

Such an amount applies only if it is disclosed in advance with a tariff, formula or maximum amount and included in the confirmed order terms. Hidden, unlimited or unconfirmed surcharges do not apply. Any order change that affects the price requires new confirmation from the customer.

4. How to Obtain and Confirm a Price

For a quotation, provide the route or pickup and destination addresses, date, time, number of passengers, luggage, vehicle class and any special requirements. For an airport transfer, also provide the flight number and terminal where known.

The “Calculate price” button is not a payment and does not itself create a contract. Before the final action, the customer receives the final amount, currency, included services, possible additional charges, the validity period of the offer and the cancellation rules.

Payment is made only after these terms have been reviewed. Acceptance of the offer and the exact moment when the contract is concluded are described in the Public Offer and Order-Specific Terms.

5. Payment

The payment recipient is Limited Liability Partnership “ICBP” (LLP “ICBP”), BIN 260840025274. Payment methods available for a particular order are shown at checkout.

The published payment information lists Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and bank transfer. If the connected acquirer supports the relevant instruments, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay may also appear at checkout. Availability of a specific card or wallet depends on the acquirer, issuing bank, country of issue and current payment-system restrictions.

All payments made through website acquiring are processed exclusively in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT).

Foreign companies may pay for services in United States dollars (USD) or euros (EUR) by SWIFT transfer to the settlement account of LLP “ICBP” against a separately issued invoice. The currency, amount, payment deadline and allocation of bank charges are agreed in the contract and/or invoice. This payment arrangement is separate and is not processed through website acquiring.

Check the amount and currency before confirming payment. The final button must show the exact amount in the format “Pay [final amount] RUB and conclude the contract”. Full card details, CVV/CVC, PIN and one-time banking codes must not be sent to ICBP or included in support messages.

Bank transfer details and available payment methods are listed on the Payment page.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

The cancellation rules, free-cancellation deadline, consequences of late cancellation and possible charges are shown before payment and form part of the order-specific terms.

If ICBP cannot appoint a carrier or the service is cancelled for a reason not attributable to the customer, the customer may request a full refund. If the customer cancels, only actual, documented and legally permissible costs directly related to the order may be retained.

To cancel or request a refund, use the booking management function or contact info@bslimousine.com or Telegram @bslimousine. Detailed cancellation, cost and refund terms are set out in the full Public Offer.
