Policy on Personal Data Processing

1. General Provisions

  • 1.1. This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of users of the Operator's website (bslimousine.com domain), as well as clients (including corporate clients) submitting requests/orders for pre-booked transportation services.
  • 1.2. This Policy has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data," and other applicable regulations of the Russian Federation.
  • 1.3. The Operator ensures unrestricted access to this Policy by publishing it on the website in the "Privacy Policy" / "Personal Data" section.

2. Terms

  • Personal Data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (personal data subject).
  • Personal Data Processing means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) involving personal data, including collection, recording, storage, use, transfer, deletion, etc.
  • User / Client means a person using the website and/or placing a service request/order.

3. What Data We Process

  • 3.1. Data provided by the User (individual):
    • full name (or first name);
    • phone number;
    • email address;
    • request/order details (date/time, addresses, flight/terminal details, number of passengers, preferences, etc.).
  • 3.2. Data received from legal entities and sole proprietors (corporate clients):
    • personal data of corporate client's representatives/contact persons (full name/first name, position if provided, phone number, email);
    • personal data of passengers/employees specified by the corporate client in a request (to the extent necessary to perform the order).
    By transferring personal data of passengers/employees, the corporate client (or its representative) guarantees that it has lawful grounds for such transfer to the Operator (including obtaining any required consents, where applicable).
  • 3.3. Technical data (when visiting the website): IP address, cookies data, browser/device information, date and time of access, and information on user actions on the website (within analytics and logging settings).
  • 3.4. Payment data: when paying by bank card, card details are processed by the payment provider/bank. The Operator does not store full card details. The Operator only receives payment status details and transaction identifiers.

4. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing

  • 4.1. Processing purposes:
    • accepting a request/order;
    • communication with the User;
    • performance of the transportation service contract (offer);
    • sending notifications, receipts, and refunds;
    • processing claims/complaints;
    • ensuring security and preventing fraud;
    • compliance with requirements of Russian Federation law.
  • 4.2. Legal basis for processing:
    • entering into and performing a contract to which the User is a party (including a public offer);
    • entering into and performing a contract with a legal entity/sole proprietor, and interaction with its representatives/contact persons in matters related to such contract;
    • User consent (for example, when filling in a form and checking a consent box);
    • performance of legal obligations imposed on the Operator.
  • 4.3. Separate consent for advertising/marketing communications is requested separately. The User may withdraw such consent at any time.

5. Processing Conditions, Localization, and Retention

  • 5.1. Personal data are processed using automation tools and/or without using such tools.
  • 5.2. Localization: when collecting personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation through the website, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, update, and retrieval are performed using databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation.
  • 5.3. Retention periods:
    • request/order data and correspondence: for the duration of contract performance and further within periods necessary for accounting and protection of rights (usually up to 5 years);
    • payment/refund records: within periods established by accounting and tax laws;
    • technical security logs: generally up to 90 days (unless longer retention is required for incident investigation).
  • 5.4. Upon achievement of processing purposes or occurrence of other legal grounds, personal data must be destroyed or anonymized.

6. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

  • 6.1. The Operator may transfer personal data to third parties only if there is a lawful basis and only to the extent necessary to achieve processing purposes, including in particular:
    • to a payment provider/bank for payment acceptance;
    • to IT service contractors (Russian hosting, email hosting) acting as processors on behalf of the Operator;
    • to the driver/order performer for trip fulfillment (contact details and order parameters);
    • to state authorities upon a lawful request in cases provided by law.
  • 6.2. Cross-border transfer: by default, the Operator does not perform cross-border transfer of personal data. If necessary, such transfer is carried out in accordance with Russian Federation law.

7. Personal Data Protection Measures

  • 7.1. The Operator takes necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction, including:
    • access rights segregation;
    • use of passwords and two-factor authentication (where applicable);
    • encryption of communication channels (TLS/HTTPS);
    • backup procedures;
    • antivirus protection;
    • update control and access logging.
  • 7.2. Access to personal data is granted only to authorized persons who need such access for the performance of their duties.

8. User Rights

  • 8.1. The User has the right to request information on processing of their personal data, demand rectification, blocking, or deletion of personal data (if this does not conflict with law), and withdraw consent to personal data processing.
  • 8.2. To exercise these rights, the User may send a request to: info@bslimousine.com. The Operator responds within timeframes established by law.

9. Cookies and Counters

  • 9.1. The website may use cookies for proper operation, user convenience, and security. The User may disable cookies in browser settings. If cookies are disabled, some website functions may operate incorrectly.
  • 9.2. If analytical/metric services are used on the website, the Operator ensures their configuration in accordance with Russian Federation legal requirements and data minimization principles.

11. Policy Changes

The Operator may amend this Policy. A new version becomes effective from the moment it is published on the website, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
