1. Target Level

The target standard for the new website and its key user journeys is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Full conformance with this standard is not currently claimed because a complete manual and automated audit of the public pages and related components has not yet been completed.

This statement applies to public pages, price calculation, the booking form, checkout, booking management, cookie notices and legal documents on the website. Third-party pages operated by a bank, payment provider, wallet, mapping service or communications service may have their own accessibility settings and terms.

2. What We Consider When Reviewing and Developing the Website

When reviewing and developing the website, ICBP considers the following accessibility requirements:

• keyboard navigation, visible focus and a logical focus order;
• clear heading structure, labels for fields and controls, and alternative text for meaningful images;
• sufficient contrast, readability when zoomed and clear error messages;
• the ability to review the route, date, time, passengers, service and price before payment;
• accessibility of mandatory consents, form submission results and payment status;
• information must not be conveyed by colour, sound or motion alone.

A user may describe a practical accessibility need without disclosing a diagnosis. A request for special equipment or a vehicle for a passenger with accessibility needs becomes part of the booking only after written confirmation from ICBP.

3. Known Limitations and Alternative Contact Method

A complete review of all pages, booking journeys and third-party payment components has not yet been completed. Identified limitations and available alternatives are published after the relevant journey has been reviewed.

4. Feedback

Report an inaccessible element or difficulty using any of the contact methods above. Where possible, include the page address, the action you were trying to perform, your device and browser, any assistive technology used, and your preferred method of reply. Do not send a full card number, CVV/⁠CVC or one-time banking code.

Support will respond and provide an available alternative or the status of the review where this can be confirmed. This statement is updated after material website changes and when a new version of the document is prepared.
